Kedarkantha Trek

 Kedarkantha is a popular trekking destination in Uttarakhand, India. It is located in the western part of the Himalayas and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.  The trek is usually done in 6 to & days and the trail goes through dense forests, picturesque meadows, and quaint villages. The Highest point of the trek is Kedarkantha peak, which stands at an altitude of 12,500 feet. 1. Reach Dehradun: The nearest major city to kedarkantha trek is dehradun. You can reach Dehradun by taking a flight to jolly grant airport or by taking a train to Dehradun Railway station.

2. Reach Sankri: From Dehradun you can take a taxi or a shared jeep to sankri, which is the starting point of the Kedarkantha trek. The Journey from Dehradun to Sankri takes around 7-8 hours.

3. Start Trekking: On reaching Sankri. you can start your trek to kedarkantha. the trek begin from Sankri and goes through dense forests, Beautiful meadows, and quaint villages before reaching the kedarkantha base camp.
