The Story of Bikaneri Bhujia

Bikaneri Bhujia is a Namkeen or you say a popular snack origination from the city of Bikaner in Rajasthan. It is believed that the dish was first created by a businessman Named Shri Banarasi Das Bhujiawala in the Early 1900s. shri Banarasi Das war searching for a snack that would stay fresh for long periods of time and easy to transport, as he often traveled for bussiness.




He experimented with different ingredients and spices and finally came up with a recipe for Bikaneri Bhujia. the snack quickly gained popularity in bikaner and eventually spread to other parts of india.
Today, Bikaneri Bhujia is a popular snack in india and is known for its crisp texture and spicy flavor.
